Easy Anti Wrinkle Skincare Tips

Anti wrinkle skincare and wrinkle cream recipes are getting a lot of attention these days because people are becoming more health and beauty conscious than at any time in history. Because of this growing interest, more skincare products and tips are available.

Our skin starts to age at around the age of 20 and the chief perpetrator is the sun. Research has shown that 80-90 percent of skin aging is caused by sun damage. At the age of 20, the supply of the two important skin proteins - collagen and elastin - is still plenty helping the skin feel supple and firm.

However, as we grow older the production of these proteins starts to gradually decrease and skin aging begins. When this occurs, people often look for anti wrinkle skincare products and wrinkle cream recipes to rejuvenate the skin and reduce the outward signs of aging.

Skin Rejuvenation Tips

1. Determinate your skin type - Before you use any anti wrinkle skincare products or anti wrinkle cream recipes, determine your skin type. This is important because different skin types will have different skin care needs. If you don't know if your skin is dry, normal, oily, or a combination of several types, its best to consult a dermatologist.

2. Proper cleansing is important - Use lukewarm water when cleaning your face to unclog pores and loosen dirt. Use only soap free cleansers to wash the facial skin because soap can dry the skin.

3. Maintain circulation- A dry brush can be used to massage the skin gently and promote circulation and remove those dead cells.

4. Exfoliate and moisturize- Exfoliation helps remove dead cells to allow newer and younger cells to replace them. Just make sure to moisturize skin using natural products after exfoliation.

5. Sleep - Adequate sleep promotes natural rejuvenation and healing of the skin.

6. Sun Protection - UV rays from the sun are known to be damaging to the skin. Use an SPF sunscreen for best protection.

If the skin is moisturized properly, early signs of wrinkles can be prevented. However, if it's impossible to avoid wrinkles, a good anti wrinkle skincare can do wonders.

Anti Wrinkle Tips

1. Drink plenty of water - Hydration is critical when fighting the signs of aging. Dry skin is more prone to wrinkling. Keep the skin hydrated by drinking plenty of water.

2. Exercise - Exercise is an excellent way to facilitate oxygen production and toxin release.

3. Give up the alcohol and quit smoking.

4. Have a healthy diet.

5. Eat foods that contain Vitamins A, B, C, and E.

6. Use anti aging skincare products that contain only natural ingredients.

When it comes to making your own wrinkle cream recipes, most of the ingredients are already in your pantry. For example, one recipe calls for carrot juice and honey.

This is one of the very simple and very wrinkle cream recipes that can be made at home. First, mix together one tablespoon of honey with one teaspoon of freshly extracted carrot juice. In another container, mix warm water with some sodium bicarbonate. Apply the honey-carrot juice mixture to the face and gently wipe it off using cotton that's been mixed in the warm water mixture.

Another good anti wrinkle skincare cream that can be made at home is the egg cream.

Prepare the ingredients.

2 tablespoons of freshly extracted cucumber juice- 1 egg white- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice- 1 teaspoon of Brandy or Rum- 1 teaspoon of Sodium Benzoate

Beat the egg white in a bowl until fluffy. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix all ingredients until the mixture becomes creamy. Refrigerate when not used. How is it used? The mixture is applied on the face and left for five minutes. After which the face is washed with warm water.
