Actually, it is really hard to quit smoking even though there are many products in the market that offer best way to quit smoking. Finding a best way to quit smoking is hard because every person is different and there are some products that work for some smokers, however, that same products are not effective for the other group of smokers. So it all depends on the persons willingness and how determined he/she is in order to quit smoking.

Once you recognize your triggers you can find ways to distract yourself by doing another activity during these times of temptation, for example, you can go jogging, walking or take yoga during stressful times.

Fruits and vegetables have the effect of making cigarettes taste terrible so one will be less inclined to want to smoke. Cantaloupe, berries and pineapple are recommended since they have less sugar. These foods will help along the road to stopping smoking.

Yoga has proven to be helpful to quit smoking naturally. Yoga positions help to slow down the heart and calm the nerves. Yoga provides flexibility and an excellent sense of self esteem. Quit smoking naturally has long term benefits and the sooner the strategies are implemented on a daily basis, the sooner the bodily systems will benefit.
