The question of the best time to exercise is a fascinating subject for one reason. Researchers have found around six o'clock in the evening to be the best time to exercise. Your body rhythms, lung function, body temperature, and hormone levels are most conducive to a good work out at this time. Life's demands compel many people to do their exercising in the morning, however. Many surveys have been done that support this. People do their workouts in the morning, or during their lunch or other breaks in their day, because it is more convenient. The following is more information regarding the best time to exercise.
