Team building is also important for any organization in longer term because when you build a successful team then it will be good enough to solve the upcoming problems and issues.
So the question arises that how effective team building can be done? When you look at any successful team you came to know about certain key success factors. Mostly the experts told you to perform certain activities and exercises to develop a strong team. But they forgot to tell you the basic composition of the team that who should be a member of a team?
